North and to the east of the Waterfront is The Greening, a wealthier neighborhood where many more established merchants and lesser nobles make their homes. Here successful adventurers might aspire to keep a nice residence to retire to as well. Homes here are larger, built of better materials (more stone and masonry), and usually built during the First and Second Wave.
